INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT  vs  INTERNATIONAL RECOURSE TRIBUNAL

 

International Criminal Court, permanent judicial body established by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (1998) to prosecute and adjudicate individuals accused of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. On July 1, 2002, after the requisite number of countries (60) ratified the agreement, the court began sittings. It is headquartered in the Netherlands at The Hague.

The ICC was established as a court of last resort to prosecute the most heinous offenses in cases where national courts fail to act. Unlike the International Court of Justice, which hears disputes between states, the ICC handles prosecutions of individuals. The court’s jurisdiction extends to offenses that occurred after July 1, 2002, that were committed either in a state that has ratified the agreement or by a national of such a state.

 

Although the Rome Statute was widely praised (some 140 countries had signed the agreement by the time it entered into force), few countries in the Middle East or Asia joined. Further, by 2002, China, Russia, and the United States had declined to participate, and the United States had threatened to withdraw its troops from United Nations peacekeeping forces unless its citizens (both military and civilian) were exempted from prosecution by the ICC. Nevertheless, within five years of its first sitting more than 100 countries had ratified the treaty. INTERNATIONAL RECOURSE TRIBUNAL (IRT)

 

The International Recourse Tribunal has been established as an “EMERGENCY” and “SPECIAL” Court [i.e. in keeping with guidelines and procedures used in the Nuremberg Trials, United States Laws as well as United Nations procedures] that now has evolved into a permanent judicial body (due to the extraordinary circumstances for said Tribunal’s creation) established by the Chickasaw Nation’s Utica INTERNATIONAL Embassy to prosecute and adjudicate individuals accused of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and atrocities, etc. permissible under Statutes/Codes/Laws governing said matters. This Court was established on or about May 17, 2020, and is presently headquartered within the Lands/Territories presently known as the United States of America and seeks to work with other Nations-Of-Color to in setting up Global Regional Locations.

Unlike the International Criminal Court (ICC) that serves as the INTERNATIONAL Judicial Arm of the “NEW” World Order and is being used to COVER UP War Crimes of what are known as WHITE Supremacist and/or European Nations and to push their RELIGIOUS Agenda (masked under Christianity, Judaism, Catholicism, etc. – i.e. with an ANTI-Islam Agenda), the INTERNATIONAL RECOURSE Tribunal serves as the INTERNATIONAL Judicial Arm for Nations-Of-Color and has not been established to fulfill the bidding of Germany’s Nazi Leader Adolf Hitler and his “NEW” World Order Agenda. The IRT is separate, free and independent from the “NEW” World Order System that has been established to cause injury/harm to Nations-Of-Color, its Government Officials and Citizens/People. The IRT will serve as a court of last resort to prosecute the most heinous offenses in cases where national courts and the ICC failed to act as well as provide opportunity to hear matters where extraordinary circumstances exist! Unlike the International Court of Justice, which hears disputes between states and the ICC handles prosecutions of individuals, the International Recourse Tribunal has been established to address matters involving disputes between States, Nations as well as prosecution against States’ and Nations’ Official(s) in their individual as well as official capacity(s)! The IRT’s jurisdiction extends to offenses that have been covered up under the “NEW” World Order Agenda and those for which there is no statute of limitation and/or is tolled due to continued and/or repeat offenses that were committed either in a State and/or Nation by national, immigrant, etc. of such a State, Nation and/or within said State and/or Nation.

 

Although the Rome Statute [i.e. created under the “NEW” World Order RELIGIOUS and ROMAN Empires] alleged to have been “widely praised (some 140 countries had signed the agreement by the time it entered into force),” a reasonable mind may conclude that said countries were NOT informed that the purpose of the ICC would be for purposes of enforcing Germany’s Nazi Leader Adolf Hitler’s World Order Agenda at the time the Rome Statute had been entered into force! Nations – as the United States of America and/or United States, China and Russia – that place themselves “ABOVE THE LAWS” declined to participate or to be subject to the jurisdiction of the ICC so that said Nations and/or CORPORATION Empires could continue engaging in hideous WAR CRIMES and ATROCITIES!

 

 

The IRT serves to hear matters involving States, Nations and CORPORATIONS, etc. who Officials, Representatives, Legal Counsel, etc. have issued threats and said States, Nations and CORPORATIONS, etc. have withdrawn from peacekeeping processes with knowledge of their engagement in War Crimes, Nuremberg Violations and other Atrocities by its States’ and/or Nations’ (Military and Civilians) as well as those carried out by Corporation Officials, Legal Counsel, Employees, etc. – i.e. who are NOT exempt from prosecution!
