          Under the United States' so-called Statutes / Codes / Rules / Regulations / Laws.... supports its Officials', etc. "FAILURE TO ACT...." on TIMELY Criminal Complaints and WAR Crimes reported, 

U.S. v. Jimenez Recio, 123 S.Ct. 819 (2003) - Essence of a conspiracy is an agreement to commit an unlawful act.

           Agreement to commit an unlawful act, which constitutes the essence of a conspiracy, is a distinct evil that may exist and be punished whether or not the substantive crime ensues. Id.

           Conspiracy poses a threat to the public over and above the threat of the commission of the relevant substantive crime, both because the combination in crime makes more likely the commission of other crimes and because it decreases the probability that the individuals involved will depart from their path of criminality. Id.

          The Chickasaw Tribal Nation is one of the MOST POWERFUL lawfully-recognized NATIVE Nations within what is presently known as the United States of America - i.e. "presently" because we look forward to having this FRAUDULENT name for these Native Lands / Territories CHANGED!  At one time, there was a SOVIET UNION; however, NO MORE!

          Our Prime Minister (Vogel Denise Newsome) is a Chickasaw DESCENDANT who (by DIVINE Purpose) was born abroad in NAZI Germany!  WHAT is the probability that a Chickasaw NATIVE would emerge at such a time as this, to LEAD her Native Nation and their People as well as their SUPPORTERS (i.e. NOT everybody) to their FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE and SEPARATION, etc. from NAZI Germany's, the United Kingdom's and their CO-Conspirators' UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S Corporation Empire...? 

          Under Laws governing TREATIES as well as INTERNATIONAL Laws, etc., our Native Tribal Nation is in a position to seek "INTERNATIONAL" Recourse through "SPECIAL MILITARY TRIBUNALS / COURTS" and challenge  the United States of America CORPORATION and its Officials...!  "ALL" prerequisites have been met to do so!

          One of the many "ADVANTAGES" of being given the "HONORARY" Title of "SERIAL LITIGATOR" is that it serves as EVIDENCE of recognized filings, as well as PREJUDICES!  Furthermore, supports that the United States "JUDICIAL" System has RECORDED documentation - i.e. which is a matter of "PUBLIC Records" and important when showing BREACH of TREATIES and the DENIAL of our Native Nation's Officials and / or People to the Courts, etc.  - i.e. being in VIOLATION of the TREATIES with the Chickasaws...!  Filings with Agencies (Courts, United States Department of Justice, etc.) also serves as EVIDENCE of what was made known and "HOW" complaints were handled!  Moreover, whether or not there were responses to compaints, equal protection in the application of laws,  and due process, etc.  "WHAT" did the FACTFinders have and "HOW" was the Complaint(s) handed...?  WAS there bias and / or prejudice in the handling of Compaint(s)?

          It is also good to have EVIDENCE to support that the United States of America is a "PRIVATELY held Company" as well as its Agencies (as their Courts, Department of Justice, etc.)  Moreover, it being a HUGE "RACKETEERING" Empire running "UNLAWFUL" EXTORTION Schemes / Scams for purposes of FINANCING their CRIMINAL Empire's WAR Crimes and other Criminal Activities!
