So you have people who were born and living within what is presently known as the United States of America; however, are NOT recognized as Citizens if they are descendants of those who have been LABELED and/or seen as SLAVES, BLACKS, AFRICAN American, etc.

Although our Utica International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome is of Native Descent (i.e. which the Nazis/Zionists have labeled as “INDIANS,” etc.) she also has a "NICE" Certificate of Citizenship ("COC") that has been issued to her from the United States of America. A "recognized" document that is being used to "BUILD" New Governments and SHUT Down the USA's DESPOTISM Corporate Empire(s)!

If you don't have a "COC" and believe you are a Citizen of the USA because you were born here within the Lands/Territories of the USA, you may want to go and ask to be given a "COC" and see if you are given one!

It appears, according to the SCOTUS' decision in Dred Scott, the USA's Constitution "ONLY" cover those who are LABELED "WHITE!"
